全球紧急安全救援服务(Global Security Online Services)简称 G-SOS，是主要为个人出 差、家庭旅游、团队出行及海外留学人员提供的一套全面的安全救援保障服务。该产品主 要功能包括:用户通过网站 www.global-sos.cn 或者下载 G-SOS app 购买出行安全保障服 务、向附近服务商发送请求信息、通过系统内置环境预设自动向服务商发送请求信息、针 对用户提供目的地的天气预报、领事馆通知、紧急治安信息、国际旅行安全须知等信息。 旨在为用户提供完整的线上咨询线下服务的国际旅行安全保障服务。
该产品由用户端、服务端、管理后台共同构成。

用户端:用户在用户端成功购买保障服务，由管理后台接收用户出行信息，
并且通过管理后台向用户推送目的地相关最新信息(推送内容包括但不仅限
于当地天气预报，突发事件、民俗规则、交通信息、使领馆实时通告等);
当用户行程开启时，用户端会实时显示该用户当前位置附近的服务商位置及
相关服务范围;当用户遇险需要帮助时可以向附近的服务商直接发送遇险求
助信息，也可以通过一键求助功能由系统根据用户需求自动向当地服务商发
送求助请求信息。

服务端:服务商提交认证信息审核通过后即可入驻 G-SOS 平台，在地图上显 示该服务商的坐标;当用户发送遇险求助信息到服务商端后，服务商选择接 受请求并前往提供相关服务;同时服务商端也可以添加自己的成员，协助接 受请求信息。
